- Shipping is free for orders over £30 within The United Kingdom
- We ship all UK Mainland orders through Royal Mail Tracked 24/48 Service, DHL, DPD and EVRI
- All orders are processed within 24 hours of acceptance (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
- You will receive your parcel within 2-3 working days (excluding bank holidays). For Highlands and Islands, this could be an extra day.
- Orders placed on a Friday (after 2 PM), Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).
- You will be notified by email once your order is dispatched, and you will receive your tracking number, which can be used to get all the updates about your delivery.
*Please note that in the event of Royal Mail Strikes/Non-working times and adverse weather conditions, we cannot guarantee delivery times, and we cannot refund any orders that have already been despatched/ordered until they arrive with you. In case of a lost/wrongfully delivered parcel, we can only resend the order.
Shipping Rates: oudmerchant.com has a variable shipping fee depending on the delivery destination and size of the order. Please add your desired items to the cart and indicate the delivery address to your basket to determine the exact shipping costs. The final shipping fee will be calculated at the checkout.
International Shipping
- For international orders, dispatch time is 1 – 4 working days.
- Free Shipping offers do not apply to international orders.
- Orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, taxes and customs clearance charges of the destination country. These additional charges, if any, are the customer’s sole responsibility.
- OUDMERCHANT.COM cannot be held accountable for charges incurred while delivering your order/package.
- Delivery delays may occur if your package is selected for inspection by your country’s Customs Department or Agency.

International Shipping Process
- All orders get collected by the couriers within 1 – 2 working days.
- After collection, the Courier Company go through the contents of the package and check if all the necessary measures according to the international dangerous goods shipping are met. This usually takes 1 – 2 Working Days.
- Once all the checks are complete, they provide us with the tracking number/airway bill number that we update on your orders for you to track your delivery progress.
Please accept our apologies if your order is slightly delayed, as we don’t have any control over the shipping process once it has left our warehouse, but we are always here to help or provide any support you need regarding your delivery.
